90 Days in Europe helps you keep track of the days you spend in the Schengen area against the 90-days-in-any-180 rule. The calculations and warnings it provides are estimates to help you plan. They are not legal or immigration advice, and they do not guarantee entry, exit, or compliance with any country's rules. You are responsible for confirming your own travel dates and the rules that apply to your nationality, and for any decisions you make based on the app.

Your responsibilities

  • Enter your trip dates accurately and keep them up to date.
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the Services.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase made through the Apple App Store. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple under its terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings.

No warranty

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any calculation is complete or accurate for your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LH Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any fines, penalties, refused entry, or other consequences arising from your travel or your reliance on the Services.
